2:00So welcome, Amy Lee.
2:02Thank you so much for having me, Chris and you're right.
2:04We did have so much fun in my podcast.
2:06So it only made sense for us to come and do it again on yours.
2:10Yeah.
2:11Yeah, totally.
2:12It was one of my favorite conversations I've had on a podcast actually.
2:15So I, I always start my episodes the same way and that is by asking my guests their origin story.
2:21So tell us, how did you get started on this path?
2:24How did you become a coach?
2:25How'd you get into all of this?
2:27My goodness.
2:28I feel like coaching and I think you'll agree with me on this.
2:32But coaching is more of a vocation than a job.
2:35It's, there's, it's interesting because during the pandemic, so many people decided that there was money to be made in the coaching industry and became coaches.
2:44But before that, before the pandemic, before everybody else went online, there were a lot of us that were already doing this work and already just like it just like it's always been who I've been.
2:56So from the time I was a little girl, I was giving adults advice.
3:00I kid around.
3:01Well, I don't kid around, but the truth is when I was three, I actually thought that I might be the messiah like, oh he's coming.
3:07Well, I don't know, maybe it's me, right?
3:09Like I always had this energy of connectedness.
3:13and I think that as my life went on, you know, and more of the 3d thing started to surface.
3:18I always say I kind of come from like a muggle family.
3:21I think a lot of that stuff sort of was repressed in me and kind of pushed to the back burner and wasn't until, you know, later in my life when I was like, I, I really, I really love, you know, this supportive energy and being able to help people.
3:37And then when the secret came out, you know, everybody kind of was like, oh my gosh.
3:40And that was just such a reawakening for me of like, yes, this is the truth I've known this is where I'm meant to be.
3:47This is what I'm meant to do.
3:49And so I think that that was kind of the jumping off point.
3:53And then, you know, it became like I went into this M L M and I made a ton of money using what I learned in the secret.
3:58And then I was like, I don't really want to do this M L M.
4:01I really want to lead people, which for a while I was able to do in the M L M.
4:06But then it kind of got weird and I wasn't able to anymore.
4:09And so I kind of was at a crossroads where I was like, do I want to coach?
4:13And the answer was a resounding.
4:14Yes.
4:14So, I started my coaching practice in 2018.
4:18I've really kind of honed in more on what it is that I want to do.
4:22I started with empaths and then I moved into dream design and I still, you know, I created dream design and it's still a big part of what I do.
4:29But energetics is kind of the evolution of all of that really kind of moving through those levels of consciousness and awareness about what we're here to do and, and what our purpose is.
4:40And so, yeah, here it is where in 2023 ours is, is like, it lights me up in all best ways and, and I'm also open to the idea that, you know, it could evolve even more and become something better and more beautiful of some.
4:53Thank you so much for sharing.
4:54I love that.
4:55It was your calling from a young age because, you know, usually when we have those gifts as a child, it means that's, that's our soul path, our sole purpose, right?
5:04OK, so I totally butchered the word agentic when I was introducing you because I've never heard it before.
5:10So can you let me and listeners know what exactly that is?
5:15Yeah.
5:16So arrows refers to life force energy.
5:19It's a, you know, it's a word I think it's Greek.
5:22And Arrows is about the energy of being aligned with the environment, right?
5:29So Arrows is like the lit up energy, the arousal energy people think aroused or desire is sexual.
5:36It's actually not, there's a, you know, arousal is all about like being at one with the environment and really your your senses into something.
5:46So that's where the part, the arrow, arrows part comes from.
5:49And then edicts is really just a fun scientific suffix that means pertaining to.
5:54So it is the study of life force energy and really just kind of like everything that is really what we're trying to create in this life as opposed to kind of all of the constructs and maybe some of the distractions that aren't necessarily what it is that we're trying to create in this life.
6:13That's super fascinating.
6:15Thank you.
6:16So, how do you use it in a practice?
6:20So, the best way to explain this is when you're young and you're first starting to recognize the opposite sex, the same sex, whatever it is.
6:30There's this energy in you.
6:32It's almost like a bubbly energy.
6:33It's like giddy schoolgirl energy and you're like, oh my gosh, he likes me and energy that's able to kind of carry you through everything, right?
6:42Like how many times, I mean, when I was little, I remember being 1312, 13 and being on the phone until three o'clock in the morning and then going to school, right?
6:51And like, then go into softball and like just this boundless energy that we had when we were younger because we were just always in this state of arousal with the environment like, oh my gosh, I'm going to Susie's house on Saturday and like so and so is gonna, you know, passed me a note in class and again, it was never about intercourse, it was never sexual.
7:10And then, you know, we find that person, we have the butterflies, we get married, we do the things, we become the identity of the partner.
7:20And now all of a sudden all of that desire, the butterflies, all that stuff kind of just like widows away.
7:26And when we're no longer creating that energy of like, like just I am just so lit up by my environment like a baby is like, oh my gosh, my foot moved.
7:35This is fantastic.
7:37Like after a certain point, we stop making that life force energy.
7:41That's like kind of when the fountain of youth starts to shut down, our cells start to age and we start to have our body parts.
7:48You know, they kind of start to atrophy and you have to have all kinds of surgeries, have pieces taken out and all these things.
7:54And the truth is that, you know, when, when this happens, we also, we recognize that we still need that energy, don't we?
8:02Like, we still need force energy and we're not making it.
8:05So what do we do?
8:06We siphon it from the environment.
8:08We try to get it from our partner.
8:10How come you don't think I'm beautiful anymore?
8:12Like, oh my gosh, I got this new dress and you didn't even notice we try to pull it from clients like I really need a client.
8:18Oh my gosh, I need to, you know, fill this program or whatever it is and we start trying to siphon this energy from outside instead of actually creating it inside.
8:29So eos is about rekindling that inner romance, that reminder that we are always in a beautiful courtship with the universe with sources.
8:40And that literally we're being doted on and, and we're, you know, it's completely devoted to us in every moment and we get to have that giddy schoolgirl energy back that like, oh my gosh, he looked at me, look at, look at how this sign showed up.
8:52It's because he wants to show me how much he loves me.
8:54And so that's what our Js is all about.
8:57I love that description and it, as you were talking, it made me think about like follow your excitement, right?
9:03Like follow what you're passionate about, follow what lights you up, like keep adding to your pile of things that make you feel joy, right?
9:12Like add to your pile of goodness and also like realizing life is fun, right?
9:17Life can be a game and especially when you're manifesting and you're into all of this.
9:22So that's, that's super interesting.
9:24I'm I I love learning new things and I'm, I I I honestly had never heard of that before.
9:30So how do you help people cultivate that?
9:33That feel like they've kind of been with that same partner and they're trying to siphon it from the environment and they're kind of stuck in that grind.
9:40Yeah, I think it really comes down to, you know, making the shift between climax consciousness and desire consciousness.
9:48So climax consciousness is when like you're looking for that next best thing, right?
9:53You're looking for, oh, I need 10,000 followers on Instagram or we used to need that to be able to get the soy book feature, right?
9:59You know, or I really want to hit $100,000 in my business.
10:03Like I wanna be, I wanna have a TED talk like we always have these like these, these points on the timeline that we want to create and then what happens?
10:11It's almost like kind of like an orgasm if you think about it because it's like, oh my gosh, I need it.
10:15I need it.
10:15Oh That was so good.
10:17And now I'm in that, you know, that, that after glow and then it's like I'm exhausted until I climb up the next hill.
10:23Desire consciousness is more about like every moment being like titillating, every moment being from a place of arousal like my gosh, where do I wanna do right now?
10:34Like what am I being to, you know, pulled toward right now and recognizing that we're not here to like check a bunch of boxes we're here to experience and with potentially 100 years to live on this planet, like I don't know about you, but I want to squeeze every last morsel out of it.
10:51So really stepping into that mindfulness and being like in this moment, how can I light myself up in this moment?
10:56How can I create that joy?
10:58But in terms of, you know, with your partnership, lots of times, you know, there's that expression as above.
11:04So below as within.
11:05So without, so if you're starting to find that with your partner, you're feeling that need for external validation, how can you create that validation inside of yourself?
11:13So for me, energetics is about connecting to that sacred masculine, that part of me, that God self, that is the universe in my, because I'm female, in masculine case, you know, that would be an inner female, it would be the sacred feminine.
11:26So for me that the sacred masculine is there to to provide, right?
11:31The bringer and I am the receiver, the dreamer.
11:35So my job is to create and to dream up as many things as I could imagine that I want to create in my reality and the universe A K A the sacred masculine, that inner energy is there to manifest those to bring them.
11:50And the way that I reciprocate in that relationship is to be open and to receive and to be grateful.
11:57So if I'm doing that internally and I'm like, I am so grateful for what's going on in my life, I am so filled up by what's already happening inside of me.
12:07Well, then my environment has no choice but to reflect that.
12:10So what that looks like is all of a sudden instead of being like, oh my God, I had the worst day.
12:15Can you hold me like I'm just, oh never minding what my partner went through or what their stress is or anything that they're going through at the end of the day, I've already done that inner healing work.
12:26I've already done that like wholeness check.
12:28So it's like, you know, hey, babe, what are you doing tonight?
12:31Do you wanna watch a movie?
12:32Oh, you know, I thinking I'm maybe gonna go play my game.
12:34Oh, no problem.
12:34Ok.
12:34I'll catch up with you later.
12:36Like, because it's like you have your things.
12:38I have my things and when we come together it's perfection.
12:41When we come together, it's from a place of, of what's the word I'm looking for connection and an awareness in the mindfulness.
12:50And it's not just how can we throw together two broken pieces of China at the end of the day and hope we make a teacup.
12:58Yeah, I, I, I love the examples you use both in the coaching business and in the relationship because I feel like those are so relatable.
13:05You know, I feel like I've been in those places, I've wanted those, those check those check marks, right?
13:11This box is checked.
13:12I've been in that position with my husband.
13:15So I'm, I'm our listeners have too.
13:17So I appreciate the relatable examples.
13:20And, and again, as you were talking, I was thinking like it's, it's almost about that idea of appreciating the journey rather than the destination or as well as the destination, right?
13:30Because it's, it's that whole journey that counts.
13:32And that's when you're really in the moment.
13:34And I mean, because life, life would be pretty lame if it was only those big highlight moments where we found joy and connection and happiness and gratitude, right?
13:46OK.
13:46So I love, I think it's so interesting that you talk about the divine masculine because it feels like everywhere you look on social media, everyone's all about the divine feminine.
13:56It's become divine.
13:57Feminine has become this buzzword.
13:59And I know you just told us a little bit about divine masculine.
14:02But I'd love for you to just talk a little bit more about like what the divine masculine is.
14:07Yeah.
14:07So, I don't know if you've ever read the book, of course you have, but the the untethered soul where it talks about the soul and how the soul is actually, it's, you know, it's, it's, it's observing, it's observing all of our thoughts.
14:21So when we have thoughts, it's like, well, who's having that thought and who's observing?
14:25So the idea of the self, the self, it doesn't have a gender or it doesn't have an identity.
14:31It is everything, right?
14:33If the self is the God consciousness, then the self is both divine masculine and divine feminine.
14:39So when you take this energy and separate it, you know, down the middle, the thought is like, OK, it's a triangle like let's draw it down the middle.
14:46But what I've been shown is, it's actually, it's a diamond and this is interesting because it follows the human design model of the G center.
14:55If you're familiar with human design at all, the magnetic monopole, the place where like the direction for your life is coming from the, the GPS, the, the driver of the vehicle.
15:06And so when you look at it from this diamond perspective, for outward facing females, female presenting people, we have an inner and we have an inner carl Jung calls it the inner other.
15:18And so if you think of it in terms of almost like an iceberg, you've got the, the feminine and then the inner masculine.
15:26Now, the crazy part is that the masculine energy doesn't know that it's not on the outside.
15:32You're actually entertaining two different dualistic energies inside of your body and animating one or the other at a time.
15:41So you're not, not your inner masculine, but that is the God consciousness side of you, the divinity, if you will, that you interact with on a daily basis.
15:52So in order to see the divinity of you, the feminine, you've got to be able to reflect it off of something.
15:57It's like, tell me what I look like.
15:59And I've never looked in a mirror and I can't see a reflection.
16:02I have absolutely no idea.
16:03I can't just touch my face and be like, OK, I know how to draw myself or maybe someone could, but I certainly couldn't.
16:08So it's in, it's in connecting and interacting with that other side of us that we're able to see ourselves and to see ourselves in our perfection.
16:19Because when we look from the inside or in our dialogue, I have this hang nail.
16:24Look at how I have this gray hair coming in.
16:27You know, we look at it from this imperfection.
16:29And what can I add to myself to make myself perfect?
16:33But when we look at ourselves from the sacred masculine, from that external as the object.
16:38Now, a sudden all that inner dialogue is gone and all we can see is the perfection.
16:44So it's through this relationship much like when you first meet someone and they're like, you are everything.
16:50They get down on one knee and they're like, I want to spend the rest of my life with you.
16:54You have a partner before you ever even have a conversation with your, with your external, you know, with your human partner that literally is head over heels for you that wants to make all of your dreams come true in all the ways all the time.
17:10You are the muse for this energy and you just have to tap into it.
17:14You just have to be open to having that relationship with that energy and it's right there and it's ready and it just, it, it reframes the whole human experience in such a beautiful, powerful way.
17:27I love that description.
17:28Oh, there's the husband with the coffee.
17:32So is it is it kind of like the vertical aspect of you versus the horizontal, like the, the part of you that connects to your higher self, the, the more spiritual side of you.
17:43Yeah, I would, yes, exactly.
17:45I would say that it is the God self.
17:48So if we've got the God having the human experience and there's the God self and the human self, well, the outward facing 3d part of me is the goddess, the outward facing 3d part of me is Amy Lee and she's the human and she has the human experience and she has the human desires and she sees the human separate, separateness of others.
18:08And then you've got Aros, his name happens to be Aro and he is this masculine side and he sees the connectedness of everyone and he doesn't see her in her imperfection.
18:18He sees her perfection, right?
18:20And so he sees the world from that cosmic divinity place and together they create this partnership of the bringer and the dreamer and lucky for us, you know, when we want to, we can step into one or the other to experience you know, the other side of that relationship.
18:41I really love this idea because, you know, I've heard of it as like the, the ego versus the higher self or the, the the human aspect versus the spiritual aspect of the vertical versus the horizontal and all this, but I've never thought about it as the masculine versus feminine.
18:58But I like that definition and I like, I like the idea that we can kind of into these different roles, right?
19:04Because, you know, we, we are living on 3d earth, right?
19:07Sometimes we need to be in our body and, and to like go to the grocery store and have a conversation with someone, right?
19:16But you also have that power to tap into your, your spiritual side where you have access to the whole universe.
19:23So that's, that's a really cool concept.
19:25Yeah.
19:25In fact, it dates back to like ancient times, I think the word is called heros demos.
19:31Holy matrimony.
19:32Yes.
19:32That's where that actually started was having an inner marriage between you and divinity and recognizing that there's actually a connection that was forged before time of you, the the person and divinity, you know, you the holographic divinity and then the divinity that is everything and it's through this sacred relationship, this co creative relationship that, that this world is created and that's so it's through our desires and our consciousness that this world is expanded.
20:07And that's why there's almost like two realities.
20:10You know, it's like, there are people that say that the world is round, there are people that say that the world is flat and depending on what reality, what construct you buy into and what field you are in, they're both true.
20:24There are people that believe that there's world beyond Antarctica and some who are like, nope, that's it.
20:28That's the end of the earth, you know.
20:30And so it's really about your,, your model of the world and, and what you're willing to entertain as part of your construct.
20:43And so I, I think, you know, when we start to recognize that this isn't a sky daddy that's like you poor thing.
20:51You haven't had a new bike in three years.
20:53You know what?
20:53Here you go.
20:54Like you manifested this.
20:55It's like, like, yeah, it's like, baby, what can I get you?
20:59What do you need?
20:59Like what like what can I do to keep you feeling safe enough to keep dreaming, to build my world so that I can keep expanding who I am, who we are as a consciousness.
21:12Yeah, I like that a lot.
21:14And it, it reminds me like I write about this in my book.
21:17you know, every possible reality exists, right?
21:20Quantum physics even says that like everything you can imagine and everything you can't.
21:24So if any possible reality exists, you can call into your world, any possible reality and it has to do with your belief system and your perspectives and like you said, like your construct, right?
21:36So, so yeah, like two people can be living next door to each other and seem to live in totally different realities.
21:43And I think we see that a lot right now with what's going on in the world.
21:46Right.
21:48And they're both like adamantly insisting that their way is correct and the other way is wrong because, because it is right.
21:53Every everything is as real as you make it out to be right.
21:59Nobody else exists anywhere else but in your mind, like where does anyone else exist?
22:06But in our mind, you can't get inside someone else and be them, you can only experience them in your own construct of the world.
22:16And when we start to realize that and, you know, it's like, oh, you talk to yourself, you talk to your sacred masculine.
22:21Yeah.
22:22Like every conversation you've ever had with anything outside of you is essentially a relationship that's going on in your mind.
22:31You're basing it on what you think they meant or what you think they felt or how you think they feel about you.
22:36And I think one of the most beautiful things about the relationship with the sacred masculine and he tells me this all the time is like he's seen it all, you know, the time that I was seven and I snuck a pack of gum, the time that I picked my nose when I was three, the time that I peed my pants, he's like there isn't with any other relationship.
22:54It's like if he only knew that I had that fleeting, thought about him.
22:56I wonder if he wouldn't love me if he knew that I had thought about calling that guy.
23:00But I called him instead.
23:01And then it turns out we would get, would he like, would he still like, there's always this darkness of the what if?
23:08Whereas with the sacred masculine, you literally have spent every waking moment together.
23:13So there is, there's intimacy in that lack of intimacy because it's like there's no one goddess that knows you better than I do.
23:21And so there's an ability to open up vulnerably in a way that you can't with any other human because you just don't know enough.
23:30Yeah, I like, yeah, that's super interesting because yeah, because like that, that entity that being whatever you wanna call it knows, you knows everything about you, your flaws, everything and loves you unconditionally and what a special gift that is and you know what you were talking about a moment ago, like, isn't it so trippy that there is a different version of you that exists in everyone else's mind who meets you and it's so different than how you see yourself.
23:58Like it's super trippy to about like no one really knows the real you the way that you see yourself.
24:05No, not at all.
24:06Yeah.
24:06And somebody might love you and somebody might hate you.
24:09And like, oh that post that she made on Facebook yesterday.
24:12Can you believe that she said that?
24:14And someone else is like the post that she made on Facebook, wasn't it so sweet?
24:18Like it's literally the exact same thing but two different people see it in two different ways and that just goes to show you and like, never mind people.
24:26Let's talk about time.
24:27Can you explain time without entering into the mind?
24:31Like, how do you prove to me, Chris that you lived before we started this podcast without explaining it in time?
24:38Like you can't even acknowledge anything but the moment in the moment, you know what I mean?
24:43Like we, we make life so complicated.
24:47But at the end of the day, the entire universe exists inside of us.
24:52And it's just our responsibility to decide how much of that we're willing to claim how much of that we're willing to like, say, yep, that's me.
25:02I am the universe and the more that we can do that, you know, like, and it's kind of like I was telling you about the, on, on my podcast, you know, we were talking about the levels of consciousness, right?
25:11So, you know, the level like the first one is to me, which is like everything happens to me.
25:18I have no responsibility and I have no ability to respond.
25:22And a lot of the world lives there, a lot of the world lives in a place of like this is my lot in life and I don't have a choice and then we move into, ok, it's all my responsibility.
25:32So this is by me consciousness.
25:34It's like if it is to be, it's up to me, I have to make this happen.
25:38Well, now we're starting to get into, what if I'm not alone?
25:42What if I have a coconspirator?
25:44What if I have somebody who's got my back, right?
25:47Like the universe, now we're into the roomy consciousness and it's like I am a conduit, I am, you know, if you think about you know, plugs and, and plugs and outlets, right?
26:00Like I am the outlet and the plug is the universe.
26:04And so now it's like, OK, dream and manifestation and there we have the creation and I think this is where humanity is going.
26:13Maybe not necessarily in this construct of like, oh a romantic relationship that's not gonna work for everyone.
26:20Maybe some people, it's gonna be like an imaginary friend or more of like a Peter pan thing or whatever the case may be.
26:26But we are all moving toward the awareness that our thought created this universe that we are not just people or ants that got dropped into a, you know, to an ant hill.
26:38It's like, oh, we're lucky that we're here.
26:40No, we are literally the co creators of this space and when we start to remove the guilt around feeling like we don't deserve to be here.
26:50I mean, this world's gonna get, you know, dangerous in a really exciting way I think.
26:56Yeah, there's so much that you just said that I want to respond to.
26:59I mean, first of all, definitely a channel No, no.
27:04And I love it and, and I wanna like touch on all of it because first of all, when you're talking about time, you know, I, I love that we're living in a time in an era where, you know, science is backing up all of the spirituality, what mystics and ancient cultures have been saying for eons and, you know, quantum physics basically has proven that, you know, nothing exists and less we're observing it, you know, to go back to your comments about like did you even exist before this podcast?
27:33And and you know, in the spiritual world, like we say like time is an illusion, right?
27:39It only exists here on this 3d earth, so that we have that we're learning how to manifest, right?
27:43We have that buffer that time because if we just thought about what we wanted to manifest and it immediately appeared and then 70% of people's thoughts are negative and repetitive like that's, that's a dangerous place.
27:55So it's right.
27:55We have to practice, we need that buffer of time.
27:59But it also makes me think about background people like Dolores Cannon talks about that a lot too.
28:03It's like there's this theory that so many of these people in the world are these quote unquote background.
28:10People like the extras in a movie setting just to make it feel a little more realistic, right?
28:17But who's to say that like when you're not interacting with those people that they're even existing in a normal life, right?
28:25It's just super trippy to think about and one more comment, I don't know if you've seen that egg story.
28:32If you have it.
28:33you have to check.
28:34Yeah.
28:35Yes.
28:35OK.
28:35So for listeners, look it up on youtube.
28:38I forget exactly what it's called.
28:39Maybe it's just called the egg, but it's, it's the egg.
28:42So it's so beautiful that you guys.
28:44So when you look like when you look for the thumbnail, it's like a cartoon.
28:48Yeah.
28:49So it's a, it's a cartoon and it's like the most beautiful thing ever, like made me cry the first time I saw it.
28:54But the whole idea is that you or the, the, the character, but like you are the only person that exists in existence in the universe.
29:04And God has basically like created all of this for you.
29:08And it's, it's just like this be, I don't know, maybe you can talk about it a little, a little better than I can, but it's just like such a beautiful concept.
29:16But also like, so mind bending too.
29:18Right?
29:18Absolutely.
29:19I think, I, I think what I got out of that and, you know, I'm here is, it is, yeah.
29:24The dark side of the light chasers is a book that I read that is really powerful.
29:29It talks about pas and how we all have the darkness.
29:32And if we can acknowledge our everythingness then you know, we don't have shadows anymore.
29:38If we can say I am good and I'm bad, you know, I am just and I am unjust, I have the potential to be all of the evils in the world and all the good.
29:48And so when you think about it, from this perspective, she talks about how every one of us is a holographic version of God.
29:58Meaning like if you ever get like a hologram, a hologram on your license, what it essentially is is a picture of you that if they cut it into little pieces, each one of those little pieces would still be a whole picture of you.
30:11That's what a hologram is.
30:13So if we look at this against the construct of creation, every one of us is a tiny time facsimile picture of the creator.
30:23So yes, the whole world was created for just us.
30:27But there also only is just us because we are all holographic versions of the I am.
30:35Every one of us is a tiny little action figure if you will of I am having the illusion of being not I am.
30:45And so through this disconnect, this perceived disconnectedness is how we are able to have the experience of receiving and being in desire.
30:57Because that veil of ignorance is the only thing that tells us that we do.
31:02We already have it all that we aren't already at all that we haven't already created it all and been it all and achieved it all.
31:10And so in order to have that experience of mindfulness and being in this world and having the fun of playing the game, we have to believe that we are limited.
31:23Yeah.
31:23No, I I'm, I was just sitting here thinking I'm like I knew this, this conversation was gonna be awesome because these are the conversations I love to have and you know, it, it reminds me too of like this whole idea like Dolores Cannon talks about it.
31:36All these other people where you know, source or God or whatever you wanna call him wanted to experience creation.
31:44So he split off into these like trillions of souls and and literally like the hologram pieces, right?
31:50Like exactly like you were saying, and these souls are going through these schools of life, learning these lessons, gaining knowledge so they can climb the ladder back to consciousness, back to source, bring all that knowledge back.
32:02But like the idea is like everyone's connected because we're all pieces of the same, right?
32:07We're all parts of the whole like there's, there's nothing that separates anything.
32:12Everyone is just like a reflection of you.
32:14It's a piece of you.
32:15So if you're, if you're getting angry at another person in the outside world, you're really just getting angry at an aspect of yourself.
32:21It's like looking in the mirror and getting like mad at your reflection, the world, say it again.
32:27The same thing.
32:28If you love something about someone else in the world, you wouldn't be able to see it in them if you couldn't see it in yourself.
32:33Yeah.
32:34Yeah.
32:35Yeah, totally.
32:38OK, so I wanna go back to those four levels of consciousness.
32:41And you actually only mentioned three of them.
32:44So it's to me by me, through me and then I know the fourth one is as me and, and you explain the first three, what's the ask me, what's the fourth one?
32:54So once you get into this awareness of this relationship with source and you are, you know, the girl in the universe is the guy, then all of a sudden it's like, wait, but I'm actually the girl and the guy.
33:06So that as me is being aware that you are both of the energies that are having this relationship because it is one thing, having the dualistic experience of being it and not it in order to have the experience of contrast.
33:23Because if I am, then I can't feel the the am ness of me without the presence of am not.
33:30And so creating that polarity inside of the self is how we experience the otherness in order to see ourselves.
33:42OK.
33:42So it's kind of like what you were just talking about a moment ago, right?
33:44It's like we need that dualism, we need, we need to kind of forget where we came from.
33:49We need all of that, right.
33:52So it's sorry, go ahead.
33:54So I was gonna say like, so if consciousness is just a ball and that's all there is.
33:58It's kind of like you remember when we were younger and they had those Disney movie posters and then they turn them into puzzles and it's like, ok, you know, all you can do with this poster, you can roll it up, you can write on it, you can do it.
34:09But like after a while it's like, what else can I do with this?
34:11Well, I could chop it into pieces.
34:12Great.
34:13It's a puzzle now.
34:14So now all of a sudden it's like, let's put the puzzle together.
34:17Where's Ariel's head?
34:18Where's this?
34:18Where's that?
34:19And it's like really exciting, but that's exactly what's going on.
34:25We had this consciousness.
34:26That was one thing and it's like, oh, home, what am I gonna do?
34:29There's nothing to interact with.
34:30It couldn't even do that because there would have to be an echo in order to be heard.
34:34There'd have to be someone to hear it for, in order for it to create sound, right?
34:38So the first division was duality, this and not this, this and that here and there, light and dark.
34:47And so that, that first moment, any time that anything is going to experience contrast, there has to be duality, which is why when we look at the world and it's like, oh, these people don't agree with these people and these people are at war with these people.
35:00It's actually a really healthy thing because that is literally the last thing that's gonna get knitted together before we become all of whatever we are again.
35:09And Kris, we don't even know that we haven't already done that 250 times, 200 times that we haven't broken up, made the puzzle and gone.
35:18Well, that was fun.
35:18Bla bla bla bla, let's go build it again, right?
35:21Or now.
35:21OK, snap our fingers.
35:22It's a different puzzle and we look at puzzles and we're like excited like, oh my gosh, I'm gonna put this puzzle together.
35:28But we look at our lives and we're like, I don't know where this money is gonna come from.
35:32She left me and it's like all of these things are just pieces of that same puzzle.
35:36And if we look at them with the eyes of as me of like, you know what, at the end of the day, this is all gonna work out at the end.
35:45I don't know how I have no idea.
35:47And it may be well, after I'm gone, but it's going to be OK.
35:53Right?
35:53Everything is for the good.
35:55And if we know that that's where that as me comes in.
35:59It's like, OK, this sucks today I had the worst day.
36:02This client yelled at me.
36:03This happened the bank over drew my account.
36:06But at the end of the day, like in my God consciousness.
36:09This is all serving me somehow.
36:12I don't know how, but I know that it is.
36:15Yeah, it really makes all your problems seem so small and insignificant, right?
36:19When you, when you like, think about the bigger picture like this and the idea of duality reminds me a lot of sacred geometry, right?
36:25Like the idea that like you said, it starts with like an orb or a sphere and then it splits.
36:33So OK, so if these are these four levels of consciousness and we're rising through them and I love, I love that you said, who, who's to say we haven't done this 250 times before?
36:43Because like maybe we are stuck in this infinite loop, you know, I mean, like i it feels like there's an awakening happening, right?
36:50Like consciousness is rising, it feels like things are speeding up.
36:54Like where are most people?
36:56Yeah, I mean, yeah, go ahead, maybe during like Egypt.
37:00We were here, you know, like maybe during or Atlantis, right?
37:05Or Lemuria or any of the other places that we've ever been like, it feels so cutting edge to us, but everything is going to feel cutting edge to someone who's never been there before.
37:16Have you ever laid like when you're a little kid and you lay on the floor and you just tip your body a little bit, like little by little by little and you feel like you're on the edge of a cliff.
37:26But then if you flipping, you're like, oh wait, there's the floor, but your body literally has the illusion of falling even though it's not falling.
37:35And like, I think that's kind of almost the same thing.
37:38Maybe.
37:38I mean, it could be is all I'm saying, like we have this illusion that we're at this edge.
37:43But also if time doesn't exist, we're also babies still.
37:47We're also elderly, we're already dead.
37:50Like, I mean, if we really want to take it to the existential limit, like we are and we aren't, we're here and we're not here, you know, totally.
37:59And like the whole thing about time is an illusion is it's like all time is happening simultaneously like even past lives or parallel lives.
38:07So, so yeah, like we, we are always on the other side still right on the other side of the bed.
38:12I mean, it's super trippy to think about, right?
38:15And it's hard to wrap your head around it in this 3d earth.
38:18But it's like everything you've already gone through has already happened.
38:22Like one of the best descriptions of it I've heard is like by Greg Braden, he's like, OK, if you, if you have like a still pond and you put like a stick in it, there's like ripples that happen coming out of that stick, but it, it's like the ripples go in like every direction, right?
38:40And, and that stick is the the present moment but like the ripples happened in the past and the future at the same time.
38:46Like, it's, it's all consuming and it's, yeah.
38:49No, totally.
38:50It's, it's all happening right now.
38:53Everything.
38:56It's super trippy.
38:57OK.
38:58So, you know, like I was saying, it feels like there's a speeding up this, this rising of consciousness but so many of the world still seems to be like in that, to me stage, right in that by me stage, especially when like, you know, I, I try to not watch the news but like every once in a while, like it's just, yeah, people just get consumed by this or like, you know, they get consumed by, I don't know, like identity politics or, or like whatever is going on in the world at that moment.
39:31So I don't know like, what, what's your take on it?
39:35Like, how do we, how do we help everyone else rise up?
39:38Is that even our job?
39:39Is it?
39:41Yeah.
39:41What about these people that are stuck in the by me or the to me?
39:45Well, I feel like, you know, everybody's out in their own soul journey.
39:49I have a special needs son.
39:50He just turned four in August and for a very long time being his mom, I was like, oh my gosh, I gotta get him the help he needs, I gotta figure it out.
39:57I gotta figure it out.
39:57I gotta figure it out and one day so is like, can I ask you a question?
40:01And I was like, sure.
40:03And it was basically like this child was always going to have this.
40:08He was coming with this anyway.
40:11We never said, do you want a child with special needs?
40:14What we did say was, will you be the mother of this child who has special needs?
40:19And that just like rocked me like I was like, it wasn't a question of whether this was going to be.
40:25So it was, do you, do you agree to be the parent of this person to which obviously by having him?
40:32I said yes.
40:32Right.
40:33Because a lot of people would have done genetic testing and determined that they didn't want a child like that.
40:37And, and I didn't do that.
40:38I was like, I don't care, whatever our child has is fine.
40:41So I did make the conscious decision to bring a child into the world who has a genetic disorder.
40:47And I think it's kind of like that, like we have to give people more credit, you know, they're on their own soul journey, they're in the driver's seat.
40:55If they come to us and they want our support, they come to us and they want our support.
41:01If they don't, we really don't have the right to infringe on their experience.
41:07I don't think I wouldn't go door to door and talk about the law of attraction and manifestation because not everybody is ready for that conversation.
41:15And it doesn't fit into everybody's timeline.
41:17But will I talk about it and invite people to come?
41:20Absolutely.
41:21Will I write books about it while I go live about it?
41:24Most definitely.
41:25And people can choose to come into that reality or not.
41:28Now, that being said, I do think that this construct is served by people thinking they're limited and the more limited they think they are, the more power and the more control of the construct has.
41:39So we've got two different realities.
41:41I think of it like this.
41:43It's like there's a tent in the middle of a city, almost kind of like the allegory of the cave.
41:48And in the tent are all the people who believe that, you know, we have limited resources, the sun is gonna die.
41:55The, you know, global ice caps are melting one ozone, all the things we're running out of oil.
42:00And there's all these people that believe this inside of this tent.
42:03And they also believe that you have to work in order to have that.
42:07There's someone always waiting to take yours that, you know, you have to work really hard and then, you know, retire and then die and all this stuff.
42:15And then outside of that tent, there's this whole beautiful celestial city that is constantly being built up by the thoughts of the creative.
42:26And every day, someone has a new thought and a new, beautiful awareness of their co creative power.
42:32And a new piece of this celestial city pops up a new land and new resources.
42:37I mean, I don't think it's an accident that the sun is exactly far enough away from us that it doesn't burn us to death, but also not so far that we freeze to death that it comes around at exactly the right time for vegetation to have, you know, it's, it's birth and death.
42:55I know.
42:56And I think you do too.
42:58That thought entered into that.
42:59And what I'm suggesting is that it wasn't just the thought of intelligent design, but it was our thought.
43:06It was our creative thought and it's through the people who are aware of this co creative ability that are creating the expansion in the world.
43:17While everybody else is trying to figure out how can we fit more people in the tent?
43:24What a great metaphor that is.
43:26And, and I like what you were saying before that it's not our responsibility because everyone is on their soul path and there's gonna be trillions of souls behind you on this journey and trillions of souls ahead of you on this journey and right and, and no one's no nothing is better or worse or good or bad, right?
43:43There's no label, there's no judgment and the people meant to find you are gonna find you.
43:48Right?
43:48And, and you could just be that beacon, that light for people without trying to force it.
43:53And, and that's really how all the great teachers and healers and mystics throughout history.
43:57If you think about it, that's how they all were, right?
43:59They were, they, they attracted their tribe.
44:03So I like that answer a lot.
44:07What I believe?
44:09Awesome.
44:10So, do you have any last thoughts?
44:11Like anything we didn't talk about that?
44:13You're just like burning to share with people or you think listeners would find value in?
44:18I just think it's really important to open yourself up to these conversations as crazy as they sound when people like Chris and I have these, you know, when we go off, like half the things I said, I don't even remember because I was probably channeling source.
44:31you know, don't immediately decide.
44:34Well, that's insane.
44:35Like I can't even, I, you know, like give yourself permission.
44:37What if that was true?
44:39What if that was true?
44:40What if I chose to create that as my belief and my reality?
44:43How would that shift to the way that I lived?
44:46If I could leave you with any, any awareness?
44:49It's that you genuinely and utterly create your reality and everything you're living right now is a result of the reality you've created before and everything that you'll create tomorrow is a result of the reality that you create today.
45:00But understand that your point of power is and will continue to be in this moment.
45:06It is this moment in mindfulness.
45:08If you think about like a three car garage and you've got three beautiful cars, but let's just say that two of the doors are busted.
45:16Ok.
45:16So you can only drive the door, the car in front of the middle door that represents the present.
45:21You own all three cars.
45:22Nobody is saying you don't own them all.
45:24But which one can you actually get out of the garage?
45:27The past the past is in the past, right?
45:30You can't move it, you can't change it.
45:32You can change how you look at it.
45:34You can change how you perceive it, but you can't alter the past.
45:37You can't alter the future from here either.
45:39It's in the future and the more you try to alter it, the more it's going to be in the future, it's like you're chasing it, it's in front of the door that you can't open your point of power.
45:47Your point of manifestation is right now in the present in front of the door that is open.
45:54I think that's such a great message and, and especially what you were saying in the beginning too, like you, you have everyone has free will.
46:02Everyone has a choice, right?
46:03Like we can't force you to believe what we're saying.
46:06You know, you could take what resonates and leave.
46:08What doesn't, you can, you can choose to try our way and see if it works for you and try to manifest your life or you can dismiss what we're saying because of fear Right.
46:19And I think because of fear, a lot of times we dismiss things really quickly and our brain doesn't want us to be wrong.
46:25So it tries to validate our fear, right?
46:26It tries to come up with reasons of like why this is crazy or why this won't work.
46:31But you know, at the end of the day, like you could just try what we're suggesting like you have nothing to lose, right?
46:39But you have a lot to gain.
46:40You have like the life of your dreams to gain actually because you can manifest that.
46:44So I think that's a beautiful message to end with.
