1:17Hi, I'm Kris.
1:19When I was younger I went through trauma that caused me to feel broken and lost.
1:23But my life changed after I had a spiritual awakening.
1:27Since then, I've dedicated my life to studying and learning from masters all around the world that have helped me to create a life of fulfillment and abundance beyond my wildest dreams.
1:36Now I'm dedicated to sharing everything I've learned so that you don't have to suffer for decades.
1:41Like I did, I've seen people's lives completely transform and I share it all right here.

1:50I have been a creative writer in this lifetime as well.
1:53So, you know, everything will come when I stick together.

1:58I, I am too.
1:59I got my undergrad and my graduate degree in creative writing actually.
2:04So we have that.
2:06And where are you, where are you joining us from?
2:09New Zealand?
2:10It is supposed to be summer, but it's turned a, it's turned a corner today.
2:15It's a little bit chilly.
2:16So and windy and yes, we have the Kristmas time in summer at the beach.
2:25So it just broke my mind.
2:27One of these days I need to come over to that part of the world for the holidays and experience, I guess you build, you build sand then instead of snowmen.
2:36, probably not on Kristmas Day.
2:39I just wear elasticated or flowing dresses because, you know, the food that day.
2:45Yeah.
2:47And sit by the pool and, and just chill out.
2:51Yeah.
2:51Oh, my gosh.
2:52Such a different vibe.
2:53I mean, I'm in California so it's not snowy, but it's pretty brisk out there.
2:57We've got the fireplace going.
3:01It's like the romantic version we get on Christmas cards.
3:04Like we really embody that of that whole like wintry Christmas and chimneys and Santa come down the chimney.
3:11But at the same time, it's very sunny outside.
3:14So we're polar opposites, but we're embracing the northern hemisphere at the same time.
3:22I love it.
3:24Awesome.
3:24So I'm excited to have you here today and I always start my episodes the same way.
3:29And that is by asking my guests to share their origin story.
3:32So what is it that led you on your path?
3:35How did you become this spiritual healer that you are today?
3:42I'm and I was mowing the lawns yesterday and it came through again because you know how messages come through again and again and they become more expansive as you see them.
3:51I'm like, man, I like it feels like I've been dealt the craziest hand of cards, like the movie script kind of life.
4:02But I've always been the opportunist and for me, my spiritual growth and expansion that's always been there, no matter how dark it's been, there's always been some kind of little light or glimmer of hope to move me beyond.
4:18So my, for me, the whole experience is spiritual.
4:22There's no compartmentalized because where anything that I'm sharing is because of everything that I've moved through with my shadows and it's what I believe to be true.
4:33So that's what I'm going to share.
4:34You might not be in that space, you might be curious and that's OK.
4:38I'm just open to that.
4:39I'm sharing from what feels incredibly aligned for me in this moment right now and that yes, that will shift and change.
4:48So the darkest moments have been spiritual experiences of this really cracking wide open and I've never knowing now, I've never ever really been alone.
5:00So if you did a shopping list or a life CV of the really you see moments.
5:06So I call them the shit that misses if you did, it would be like, how the hell sometimes I just look at myself and I'm like, how am I still going here?
5:15How am I laughing right now?
5:18Anywhere from like mental unwellness and depression, particularly in high school to emotionally eating after university and getting and, and like my size increasing and me retreating and not being this bubbly social person that I naturally am.
5:43I actually avoid mirrors.
5:44I couldn't, I wasn't ready to show up and see that part of what was actually going on and it wasn't until someone had taken it.
5:51Here we go.

5:54And I'm like, I just didn't recognize itself and it's that big meltdown that you require to see where you're playing in that space for you to actually make that change.
6:06I was incredibly, you know, like you talk about beautiful soul mate, love with a guy I met at university and we're together for nearly a decade and I was there when he passed away, we were 27 at the time and that was in another country and he was murdered and he died in my arms.
6:29And that was really, that was another cracking open.
6:33So, and then not long after that, it was my older brother was successful in choosing to leave.
6:41And then, so I went traveling after that, you know, like I really lean into the grief every time I think that's been instrumental for me as I really allowed myself to grieve.
6:50I didn't go back to work and people were saying go back to work.
6:53I really did what I required to just sit and be in the thick of it to actually feel it.
7:02And then I would be in the opportunity of and my own divine messages were coming through in those spaces.
7:10And after my brother, it was my dad from cancer, like I'd just come back from traveling and I was like, yeah, I'm going to burn off the French pastries, I'm going to get a new job and then on the trip home from the airport, your dad's got cancer.
7:26And it's like, ok, so three deaths, males in my family and in space I think it was like four years.
7:35And so each time each was a very different experience.
7:39Now, the, in every part I actually absolutely freaking love the space that I'm in now.
7:46I'm in so much appreciation.
7:49There's no missing or sadness.
7:52I'm in my early forties now.
7:53Like there's a lot of time period transition in that space, but I've been in the growth of and the places that I really find myself have been where I have like travel, my last travel overseas was coming up 10 years ago and I sold everything and I was traveling mostly on my own on a whim which was against my, like I never thought I'd travel overseas again.
8:24But it was really against my schedule south of needing to know what was going on.
8:30And yes, I have freaking out moments, but it was the best thing that I did and I came back and I had no physical money, but I was like managed to move through life in that, in that way.
8:42And my last big meltdown, I love it.
8:47I love a good melting moment.
8:49Big meltdown of just an exorcism of everything that you're not.
8:53I felt divinely guided to go to the spiritual section of my local library.
8:57And there I started reading the best books of my life, like Conversations With God by Neil Donald Walsh.
9:03And really just I was like solo parenting baby at the time and I found the specs I wasn't even drinking coffee.
9:13I was like, found a space to actually in those books are lighting me up and being introduced to like Abraham Hicks and whatnot.
9:21But the spirituality has always been there when I was a kid, I thought it was Santa going through the window, but it was a spirit going through the window.
9:32in high school, like during my big mental unwellness moments, I joined very unusual for the nineties for the mid nineties for there to be a spiritual circle for meditation for teens.
9:45But I was drawn to go there.
9:46I did the crystal shops at that time that that's where I was and then it was my early twenties that I was really in the thick of like being out of alignment.
9:57So all of it, everything that has happened has been a beautiful spiritual experience.
10:07There's times where I can't even after my brother left, I thought I'd done something incredibly wrong.
10:13I thought it was like this big karmic payback.
10:15Like, oh shit, I'm the worst person in the world.
10:19I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror.
10:20I thought I was that worthless.
10:22And so going my own strategies were coming through to move through those spaces.
10:28And since then, I worked in mental unwellness and addiction support and, but I started studying, I saw Gabel M's work and I loved how he talked people right into where the trauma was second and going to childhood wounds.
10:45And I did that study for a year of compassionate inquiry.
10:49It was just a year of shadow work where you are the client and a therapist.
10:53And this is the best study and everyone in the course her clinicians across the world, like this is the best course we've ever done because you've actually got to see where you're playing in that space as well.
11:04Naturally, I was getting all well up in there and I was going into the core and past lives and, and ancestral lines.
11:14And so there's a beautiful platform for me to learn how to be a divine space holder for me to be in the evolution of doing my shadow work as it comes up.
11:24Like no one is ever fully healed.
11:26We're expanding As far as we're willing to go.
11:31But the spiritual growth and expansion really truly lights me up like that and the travel and, and the dick jokes like I'm here for like whatever, you know, this all lights me up like this really like inappropriate banter with people as much as a really deep conversation about life and energy.
11:57And so all of these modalities have evolved because I go into the shadowy because I do the inner child healing these, the, the expansion we're all in.
12:09For me, we're all these beautiful cells.
12:13We, no one's above or below and we're going through this epic ascension.
12:17We're dropping off everything like we're so magical that we have the capability of all the epigenetic trauma that's come through our ancestral lines and the karma and things like that that has come through with that.
12:30We're able to see that and drop it off.
12:32And we're having big meltdown moments when they're in so much resistance to the truth of who they are, which is pure love.
12:40And it's, it's required to drop off and it's happening on mass now and people are like, I thought this and I, and there's so much grief and it's, it's all, it's all on purpose and just keep going because you're just when you can see this pure, this beautiful light and we're all the same.
13:00You only see as far as the shadows that you've stuck in.
13:03And the more that you go into the shadows, the more that you expand, the more clearer you become as a beautiful channel for your own modalities.
13:12And like the telepathy is really like knowing like what someone's going to say just before that's coming through thick and fast or people are just really getting curious about spirituality is you, you being uniquely yourself.
13:30Yeah.
13:31Thank thank you so much for sharing all of your story.
13:34And, you know, I, I just, as so many people would feel like the victim if they had just gone through a fraction of what you had gone through.
13:45You know, your husband was murdered and died in your arms at age 27.
13:50Your, you lost your brother and father within a few years after that.
13:55, you're a single mother.
13:57You know, you have a lot of reason and,, excuses if you wanted to feel like a victim to feel that way.
14:05But instead you call it all this beautiful spiritual experience and, and I love that so much.
14:10You know, that's what I teach too that like everything is for lessons and growth and your own soul expansion and leveling up and you always have a choice.
14:20But now you work with people who you know, who, who you are helping work through that shadow work and who sometimes jump off on this big blame story.
14:30So how do you help people navigate that when they want to become the victim, when they want to fall into victim mode?
14:37How do you help them see that this is all a spiritual experience and it can actually have a lot of beauty in it.
14:45So I work with like in my human design, I'm a mental projector.
14:51So the mental projects where the projectors are here to guide into this beautiful neuro frequency.
14:57And I like to say, I put the mental into mental projector.
15:01And we're here to guide the guide very, very, very beautifully unique and in this space.
15:09So for me, I can't go chasing clients that actually they get curious.
15:13I get people coming and sitting with me in a cafe and then they end up being my clients.
15:18and I have international clients too who are just like, they've been watching my work on social media for a while and they reach out and they're like, this is, this is what I require.
15:28And so for people who are willing to actually see because you've got to take some responsibility for the part that you're playing my magic.
15:37And what's in my beautiful black Lilith moon of my desire, my life desire and driver is that one of it is travel and the other part of that is I can see.
15:51So because projectors had the birds I view and we pierce into another's aura.
15:58But what I can see is exactly your vulnerability of where I wanna say, where the fuck you're stuck r of where the heck you're stuck behind closed doors.
16:12And for the, for the beauty of alchemy that into the gift and the wisdom.
16:19But when I'm in session with someone, I'm not taking them to a space where they're not ready to see that or willing to see that it is I'm in connection.
16:31So the way I live my life is, I've got to really keep a clear channel.
16:34So I spend a lot of downtime like at the beach or lying in the, you know, like having a rest.
16:39I have a bath in the middle of the day.
16:40What I eat where I go, it's all divine so that I am a clear channel and I haven't got everyone else's energy in me.
16:48I clear that out all the time, even before I came here and I'm in connection with the person's highest self and their soul journey.
16:58And for the highest good of all like in pure consciousness.
17:01So for the people who come to me at the moment, the more I'm expanding, I'm like, I'm here for the people who are here for the highest vibrational timeline outcome and to light up in that magic.
17:13So everything that is in the way of that is gonna show up and you get the beauty of sitting with a divine space holder and people like this, people feel safe to go there when they, when they feel safe for themselves, of feeling vulnerable because I don't carry any energy of, I need you to get this or there's no judgment or point of view.
17:38I just ask questions to the person that's actually come from them, for them to see themselves and hold space.
17:47And it's the emotion that you know, instead of going off on the story, I direct them back to work because it's such a somatic experience like survival, that survival mechanism of leaving and going off on the story and embellishing that or whatever the heck it is.
18:04And sometimes there's beauty in going in the story because there's nuggets in that.
18:08But I intuitively know when to bring that in is to come back into the body, come back to your breath, which is your biggest connection and to actually feel that step of motion or guide that ancestor, 10 generations, 11 generations back or where your soul has been.
18:28So for the victim consciousness space, I get this deeply because I've been like anything that I share, I've been through.
18:37So I hold like so much compassion and empathy for that level of where you're at.
18:46And some people just come in for the shadow work like you only go, you don't have to be freaking super woo, I've just had an in person client for two months who just her parenting changed within 24 hours and she started her sole business as a va which in that space, which is so magic and then she already had a list of clients.
19:12So it is very much when you're so lit up in your experience and I get the victim space.
19:21But if, if I know when I connect with people, like when we have that first, I call it a disco call or a connection call, like if you're not willing to go there, then this isn't, this isn't going to work and that's Ok.
19:33I'm ok.
19:34I'm here in the future if you want to go down that route.
19:38But if someone is in blame and they want to alter, they want the outside to fix to, to shift or change for them to be, to feel better about themselves.
19:50You do, you are like cock blocking your potential and capacity for manifesting your heaven on earth because what's showing up in the other is actually active within you and in blame, you're disempowering all of the magic that you have because you're waiting for outside circumstances to change, for you to feel better and you'll always be like that and it will get worse and more of it will come to you and more of it and it'll get thicker and heavier and thicker and heavier.
20:26And the reason that people do that is because we've been in this like very heavy wounded patriarchal society which is shifting in this ascension process of you'll believe it when you see it and you need evidence and results.
20:43And that's shifting now to sit into this beautiful, divine, feminine and rest and breathe and allow your answers to come through and feel.
20:57So it's such an unraveling of not just now of so much weight behind it.
21:03And it takes these beautiful, brave people to go first to show that this magic exists and your experience.
21:15But if you're and I have taken people, I had a client like for one month and she had like she's been in the spiritual and for decades, she had been trying to change everything outside of her room, trying to fix it.
21:32The sheep are uncomfortable.
21:33So her, her coping strategy duty was to fix out of here.
21:37And within one month she realized it was her, it was her inner child.
21:42And now she goes to her inner child and she stopped blaming and trying to project and fix and she came because she is like, I know I've got to come to you and I know you're going to talk straight to me.
21:56Now.
21:57I don't, I only talk with people the way that they show up because I'm mirroring back the energy.
22:02So some people want to be talked straight, some people want to be held more space.
22:06And so I'm showing up naturally that each person of how they divinely lack for help.
22:14Yeah, I mean, you touched on so many amazing points there.
22:18You know, first of all, everyone is a mirror for us, right?
22:21Like if we're projecting or oftentimes we're projecting onto someone else, what we're really feeling inside of us, right?
22:29And it takes some like serious work and, and shadow work and looking inside to realize like, oh in order to heal this outer world, like like our inner world creates our outer world.
22:41Exactly.
22:43Yeah.
22:43So like if you feel your inner world, then the outer world falls into place, but you can't go out there and fight for change.
22:49It's like fighting for peace.
22:51It doesn't work.
22:51You can't see the war to fight for peace, fighting for uni, like I cracked up about that a couple of months ago, like fighting for unity, consciousness.
23:03OK?
23:04The two things that don't even exist in the same realm, right?
23:09You're in division within and when you're in your wholeness, like your, your balance of your divine, feminine, masculine, you, you go from your lowest expression and if it is a fighting and a standing, I must, you know, like speak out my truth, that's naturally within you.
23:27But when you come into the highest expression, you're all whole in here, you connect with your heart and the words that come out from your heart aren't ones of like I need this to be.
23:39They're not, I call it projection or vomiting because that's happened.
23:42I've been projection or vomited over it quite a few times in my life.
23:49And it's just very much like it could be some words that are so beautiful that it stops someone in their tracks to actually think, you know, like, but it's the vibration of the words that come through because your, your woundedness, that energetic charge of where your sore inside isn't there.
24:09And you're speaking this authenticity and love that, that vibration may be at the front line of the picket, but it's in a whole different capacity because the way that you're holding your vibration and energy there are people here who are here to bring disclosure and speak like that kind of thing and truth and whatever it is, that's not my role here.
24:33And we all have that and this beautiful, the way that we're dancing through the world.
24:37But imagine if you're hearing your highest expression as opposed to projecting your wounded self, like you're in your highest expression of being you in your authenticity.
24:48That d Yeah.
24:51And when you were, when you were talking about like your, your heart speaking, like it makes me think I've, I've done so many of those little exercises with heart math where it's like you're actually like tuning into your heart, you're feeling your heartbeat, you're imagining your heart.
25:06And it's like, what is your heart saying?
25:08And it's always messages of love, right?
25:11And compassion and empathy.
25:13Like that's what we are at our core.
25:15It's like all this other junk gets kind of layered on top of us and, and, and, and when you were talking about fighting for unity consciousness, it also made me think about like, you know, there's a lot of talk in the spiritual community about how the earth is splitting, right?
25:28There's 3d earth and there's five D earth like, like, what's your take on that?
25:34You know, are we, are we all getting more or a lot of us getting more conscious and we're moving to five D earth and you know, others are staying behind on 3d or like, how does that work?
25:45So, in our beautiful souls experience, however, the heck we show up and what our purpose is here and some people do show up as characters.
25:53I call them lovable assholes.
25:58I'm just being like, just being like, really, they're not gonna go and their, their divine purpose may not be here to be this full enlightenment, but it might be to trigger and initiate that so that, you know, like if I'm triggered, if I feel I'm going to word this really articulate here because if I feel triggered, say by you, that is my work to do because that's where I'm wounded.
26:30And, and so I come into a space when I'm doing my work that I get to a point very, it happens really quickly.
26:38Now I was like, thank you so much.
26:42Thank you so much and so much compassion and and love for that role that was played where I had to see myself.
26:51So some people actually, that's the role they're going, you know, it's their avatar that they're going around it.
26:57And yes, the density of shame, guilt and fairness, the lowest vibrational frequencies and it's very dense.
27:06It's very 3d.
27:08And this 3d is this division and separation.
27:11It's this very masculine, wounded, masculine, dominant where it's like this like a pyramid and we're coming into this space where everyone's got a beautiful role.
27:23Now, if there are so there's souls here that just don't, they're like, not in for this long, you know, like this, this kind of hall that we're going into.
27:34And so that I, I physically don't know what that looks like because there's so many possibilities and I don't want to put what I believe out there for you to grab onto going.
27:52This is actually a thing that's happening.
27:54What I do.
27:55What feels a line for me at the moment because you get to evolve is as far as you get to evolve.
28:00And then anything that you don't choose to learn and if you, if you're choosing to stay in this very like blame and shame and guilt, you know, like in this heaviness and the energies of the earth right now, like if you look at the Sherman resonance of the earth heartbeat frequency, it's like the earth heartbeat.
28:20It's the frequency is flushing out these toxins and they're coming up to leave and the toxins are, there's these lower vibrational emotions and seeing people in division and separation.
28:32And so what's coming up in that space?
28:34And people are grabbing onto that going?
28:36Well, I feel comfortable with this because this is all I've ever done and they're sing back in these patterns and it's, they're staying dense or you can do the shadow work and see and go,, this is, you know, this is huge flushing, same with all the solar flares.
28:51And so for me, it's what you are actually choosing, it's like those little choose your own adventure stories that you read.
28:58And you know, like in when you say elementary school, like you get to choose your path and I'm choosing the path of love in my heart, my truth, my spiritual growth, or you can choose the path of fear.
29:08So in the space, what I'm noticing is there is a shift of what's physically like, I'm just going to share from my current physical experience because there's a lot of people banking on this whole.
29:21When's the solar flash coming?
29:23And if you're banking on something for you to feel better, that's your inner shadow work to do because it's never about the thing that's going to happen.
29:30It's what you're doing along the way and, and you can be existing in your heaven on earth.
29:36Now, by the way that you're showing up in the world and loving your life and receiving, I like to say your soul aligned desires in abundance because someone is designed to feel abundant, living off the land and living off the grid in the middle of nowhere.
29:50As, as much as someone is calling in huge amounts of money to support huge amounts of people like that is what whatever the heck lights you up.
29:59So in a space there's, there's a, there's a massive shift and awareness of where people and they're actively not doing the work.
30:09They want to stay in the stories, they're watching the news all the time.
30:11They're just stuck in that really late.
30:14All the, all the,, llamas wearing drama pajamas, like they're just showing up in their face.
30:21They don't want, they don't want to move and they're very steeped, they don't want to change and it's all these opportunities are coming in and there's going to be a heck of a lot like next year.
30:33If there wasn't enough disclosure already, it's gonna get really freaking interesting.
30:37So there's that going on and that's OK.
30:41That's, that's the, that's what they're up to.
30:45And then there's people who are getting curious going like the people who are doing the work and leading in love and being, being this beautiful existence, a role modeling.
30:57And we're like over here going, hey, what?
30:59It's like, it's fun over here and everyone's like, but it's apocalyptic and things are melting down and, and there's this beautiful, like for me, I'm like, yeah, this is the opportunity.
31:10This is beautiful.
31:11We get to manifest core our heaven on earth in this space.
31:16And I'm in so much appreciation for those souls who are choosing like even like young souls who are in these spaces who have only chosen to come for a short time.
31:29And I'm like, thank you for showing up to bring shed light on this that I'm not buying into the stories of because I see where they are.
31:36I see what they're up to, you know, so it's, it's there is this like shift and consciousness and it's been, it's been going and is this, it feels like everything is speeding up at the moment, which is like this more.
31:54And you'll notice that when you do your inner work, like the people that you were your friends that only meet you in that density and they leave and then sometimes you go through this grief like that my friend of like 2900 years and you have to let go of that because your soul family is coming in.
32:13But you, you're allowed to grieve for the family members who aren't doing their work.
32:18And but you're being, you're leading the charge and, and like coming into this holiday season and if you've been showing up and doing your work, the rest of your family isn't, you know, like that can be and you're an empath and you're feeling it all like you need to take some time.
32:39But it's the, the your your physical family like how that is a spiritual experience because it's that compassion or love where they're at and it's going because there's so many ideas, I don't want to plant any seeds of what this is actually looks like because I'm dancing in the unknown too.
32:57But I do know that there is a shift going on in consciousness.
33:02There are so many ideas of what this could look like.
33:05But for me, I'm focusing on what lights me up moving through my shadow work even on earth.
33:11And that's for my, for my beautiful sunshine as well.
33:14And we talk about manifestation and we're not, we aren't the emotion.
33:20We're feeling it move through and things like that.
33:22And for his, for the legacy, for his future generations moving forward.
33:28So it's very much for me, it's been moving along and there's, you're feeling this and, and when I'm walking in the street, my town, that's how I see people as well.
33:44So if I see someone unfair or really angry, that's my work to do.
33:48But if I see them through the eyes of source and love, they're gonna be like a completely different person.
33:56Yeah.
33:57Yeah.
33:57And, and again, you touched on so many things that I, I, I wanted to jump in and be like, yes, yes.
34:07And I, I feel like it all comes down to perspective and choice, right?
34:11Like, and you know, like you were talking about like, you always have a choice between living your joy and your true, authentic self and following your passion and focusing on you and, and you know, your own personal growth and development and doing that shadow work and love and alignment or you can as you, as you so perfectly said it like grabbing onto what's, what's comfortable, right?
34:40And maybe that's fear and anger or being stuck in these stories that you have of blame.
34:48And, and I love, I, I, I actually write about this in my book.
34:52So I love that you said it at the end that, you know, we there there's so many ways to look at another person, right?
34:59And there's so many facets to another person where, you know, you might see them as this villain in your life.
35:06You know, like maybe that's their sole contract with you, right?
35:09That there's supposed to be this enemy that's that's gonna be trigger you to to grow or to learn or give you the opportunity to, right?
35:17It's always a choice again, but there's probably people in that person's life who love them and see the best in them.
35:24And you always have a choice of how you look at someone.
35:27And by the way, the the way that you choose to look at them is probably how they're going to show up for you, right.
35:34Yeah.
35:35Yeah.
35:35There's a beautiful children's book by Neil Donald Walsh called the Little Soul in the Sun, which is great for adults as well because it explains exactly how our souls meet before we come here.
35:48And how we go through this like we forget and how they show up like if you, if they've come to support you to learn forgiveness, so they offer that opportunity of being something to forgive that you forget who they were before you actually came here because you're just watered up in the active wind of that Yeah.
36:12Exactly.
36:13And it's, it's like they, they're probably your really good friend on the other side of the veil.
36:18Right.
36:18And they, oh, yeah, because it gives you the opportunity to, to practice forgiveness or gives you the opportunity to grow in some sort of way.
36:28Right.
36:29So, really, like these, these monsters in our lives are, are, are cheerleaders on the other side.
36:35Yeah.
36:38All my life, like, so, so much.
36:43And when you can do that, like, you've really cracked a big thing because you're busted through societal norms of making like that heavy wounding and conditioning that someone's got to be blamed and someone's at fault and someone's wrong.
37:01And when you come into that wholeness of seeing the experience, like if I wasn't into,, where I'm at for what I'm here, you know, my purpose becomes more expansive and my s gus and everything drop through the more I go into my shadow work.
37:18And if I was still, like, I, I think it's been 14 years.
37:23I can't remember.
37:24Like, if I was still missing the man I married, like, if I was still like, every day, like, oh my gosh.
37:33You know, like there are some people who live in that experience and that's cool.
37:37That's their experience.
37:40I would, you know, like I'm missing out on so much because there's no missing, like, just my whole life experience of that got me into this, like, fun and joy because that's who he was here, he was quite next level.
37:56And all these things he had been trying to teach me, I got after, you know, like this transition in peace and yes, it was freaking hard.
38:04But oh my gosh, I would not change it for anything.
38:06And the way that I connect with him now is really like beautifully next level when he drops in.
38:12But it's just, I would get to 80 be like, whoa, I spent my life focused on this thing in this way when there was a new transition over and go wow, there was so much more, you know, like next lifetime I'm going to go in and the experiences get bigger and bigger for you to crack open.
38:38Totally.
38:39Like if you don't learn something in this lifetime, you better believe you're gonna get those same lessons, similar people, similar circumstances until you actually learn that lesson, right?
38:48And it's probably gonna get sounds like you're saying right in your face that really, really, really feel really hard and d but they're actually they become the most beautiful and I just have so, you know, like so much love for that whole situation when I learned, you know, just divine is divinity and on a very expansive level, it's divine because you created that for you.
39:18Yeah, before you incarnated, right?
39:20Like you create your big life circumstances and that your contract with him too, right?
39:26Like it was like we're gonna get married and we're, this thing is gonna happen and this is all for me, right?
39:33From my growth and frank growth.
39:35Yeah.
39:37And so if you're blaming someone else, you're blaming yourself because you've created an experience so that you can come out of your own cage totally.
39:47And then it even gets more amplified when you think about the idea that like we're all one, right?
39:52We're all connected.
39:53Like really, that's just another aspect of you that you're getting angry at.
39:57It's like it's like looking at yourself in the mirror and getting mad at the reflection, right?
40:03Yeah.
40:04Yes.
40:05All of the years because when you can see when you can see that you are like, you're in that pure love and source of pain that I've created because the way that I'm seeing the other person is a reflection of where I'm at.
40:23And is that the thing that I kept Prefa Neil Donald Walsh?
40:27But I'm sure someone listening out there is just going to hook on and go.
40:30Yes, because there's been so many beautiful spiritual teachers that I that I've read and like God soak up like a sponge.
40:42But he, he tells this beautiful story and of something that's happened, but he brings it back to I am that I am.
40:51So anyone that you've seen, if you're feeling like, oh I am that I am and you keep repeating that over and over and over and over again and then you, it shifts and changes within you that what you're hating over here, that is actually a piece of who I am.
41:08I am.
41:10I love that.
41:11And I've heard like anything you place after the words I am is, you know, you're, you're manifesting, right?
41:17You're creating.
41:17So I am that I am like, that's even more powerful, right?
41:21It's like what, what was the name of the children's book?
41:25He wrote The Soul and the what?
41:26The Little Stone And The Sun by Neil Donald.
41:29W OK.
41:30I've read Conversations with God, but I didn't know he wrote a children's book.
41:34I'm actually eight months pregnant, so I'm gonna buy that.
41:40Awesome.
41:41OK.
41:41So if someone, if someone's listening to this episode and they're like, OK, I'm getting inspired by this, like, I it's obvious to me I have some shadow work to do like, where do they even start?
41:51How does someone start work looking at their own shadow?
41:55It's taking responsibility of, you know, when you're so uncomfortable and you're like, what do I do?
42:02How do I change this?
42:04This is when there's so many modalities?
42:07Like I'm not the be all and end all.
42:09It's just like there are so many people in this experience is listen to your intuition like this is what I really, really, truly love in my work is, is I don't like people following my footsteps.
42:22I'm like your authenticity.
42:23What aligns with you.
42:24What aligns with the highest skill all and your highest vibration time and outcome like you, what's coming through for you because I don't want to tell people what to do because that's disempowering as well because you are your leader.
42:37So intuitively, if you, when people are so watered up in a wound, you don't see the answers that you're asking for.
42:47And it's best like I had someone sitting across from me at a table in a cafe going, these are my problems.
42:56What do I do ask for my advice?
42:58And I'm like, you need to go with them like, oh, but I'm feeling this and I'm like, do you still want to feel that way?
43:04And they're like, yes.
43:05And I'm like, well, you're gonna keep getting the same thing, like, like they didn't want to ship, they wanted me to justify their experience and their story.
43:15And I'm not, that's not me.
43:17Right.
43:18I'm here to get to the heart and transmute.
43:20So whatever is, follow your bread crumbs of your heart.
43:25Like if it is this simple, you've been invited to go to a Christmas party and you're not feeling it don't go like, when you start practicing that, if you're, if you know you're scrolling on socials late at night and you're like, oh, I can't do this anymore, then stop doing it.
43:47I feel like yoga, yoga, yoga, yoga teachers coming up yoga, then go to yoga.
43:54I feel like,, this, this I need help with this problem and something someone says in a conversation, it could be that there's a retreat on or like ecstatic dance or like you know, like my, my work, like people follow my stuff for ages and then they're like boom Nicky Jane like it is and you buzz through it.
44:20You get out of the fear because people often confuse fear with their intuition or they'll get an intuitive hit and then their here justifies all the reasons why they shouldn't, right?
44:30Like this is, this is the path, this is the old conditioning, this is the thing you got to practice.
44:34And if you don't know how to use your freaking intuition, this is what I'm going to invite you to do, go on a, on a Sunday, like, you know, like a Sunday drive left or right or straight.
44:44First thing that comes to mind left, right or straight and follow that, follow it, follow it, follow it and enjoy the journey, stop practicing that.
44:57I love that advice a lot.
44:59And it's, it's, it makes me think of Bashar, he talks about it all like a similar thing all the time and I've just gone down this Bashar hole like you said, sometimes you find someone and you just soak it all up, but it's all about like following your passion in any given moment, right?
45:15Like what, what makes you feel alive in that moment and maybe it's something easy, like, you know, I'm gonna go make some hot cocoa or, like, go for.
45:24Yeah.
45:24And then if you keep following things that make you feel good, you're going to attract more things on that level.
45:32Right.
45:33Yeah.
45:33And it's honoring all of those parts of you because the play and the fun which people find really fucking hard to do is to go and have fun or they don't know what they like or they've attached that to their significant other or their Children.
45:46And they just, they've been playing a role that's so out of alignment.
45:50And that's like, well, what's fun for you?
45:53And they're like,, I don't know.
45:56And I'm like, well, that's where the magic happens because you're on this beautiful discovery.
45:59What do you mean?
46:02And it's like, what, what, what did you like to do when you were a kid?
46:06And so having the fun and the play is in a child healing as much as going to,, learning how to repa that aspect of you that, that, that stuck it.
46:17Anything we're uncomfortable with because the trigger is never about the thing if you lose your mind at traffic,, something happening in traffic because you're just losing your mind.
46:29It won't be about the traffic, it'll be an energetic paper trail to where that's stuck.
46:34Now, if you really, really, really want to get deep into going to your things like your wounds quickly, I talk about it.
46:42It's like putting on say wax or a band aid and if you rip it off slowly, it's going to create suffering on the hair.
46:50You know, like it's really freaking painful all at once.
46:54This is what the work that I do go straight into the core of this.
46:57Hold space for all at once.
46:59And then you're like, so the long term suffering, the discomfort is because you're out of alignment.
47:07I say you're not getting it wrong, you're researching it and it's uncomfortable because it's not you who is love and, and, and expands it, it's constricting.
47:18And so if you really want to get into the thick of like, like it's a somatic experience because trauma disconnects.
47:25So there is, it's so many modalities at once.
47:29And if you're going to a healer all the time or a card reader all the time, the same thing you're avoiding doing that work yourself.
47:37And I love that, you know, I love healers like they're there to shine some like to clear the energy and, and co creation with you because you're doing this work too or the same with the readers so that you can see yourself.
47:50But if you're not going to act on that thing, then you're, you're gonna be stuck in it space.
47:55So yoga has helped me a lot to connect with stuck emotion like deeply, like I no memories about it, but it was there and it was raw and real breath work is amazing.
48:11Learning how to shadow work journal, loving all the emotions like getting into something like sacred rage or having people that will hold space for you.
48:25Divine spice holders are required right now because gossip is going off on the story or making another person wrong and it's going to keep you in that space for me.
48:38I have like so family here in the physical, I have beautiful, like divine.
48:43So family way out there and here in the physical, if I've got a problem, it doesn't matter what it is about, it's never about the thing.
48:52They will have no point of view, they'll have no judgment.
48:55It's me getting something out and then I open up this beautiful violet flame, I'm really conscious of what I'm doing.
49:02And if I'm stuck, I'll ask for their support and they'll give me some questions to go within and, you know, as a mental projector, I talk a lot of stuff out and the solution will come through.
49:11They're not buying into the story, they're there to hold specs and that's what's required right now so that people don't go down these rabbit holes again.
49:22Things like I think there's a lot of sacred, there's a lot of rage that people haven't been expressing and it's physically coming out in the body and behind anger is deep sadness and, or fear learning how to do your clean up your energy and your boundaries, your energy leaks.
49:43I like to say standards over boundaries because for me it looks like a fence and it's like you're cutting off your own experience because if this person is there, but there's a part of you that's invited that into the experience.
49:56I'm like, these are standards, these are my nonnegotiable standards.
49:59One must play, one must rest, one must meditate every day.
50:04Like that is me.
50:05That's required for me and they expand as well as I do.
50:10finding some kind of, you know, like like what I do, what probably what you do of going to the heart of what's actually going on and what whatever modality is coming up with you as someone is trauma informed, trauma is stuck energy, everyone has it.
50:30No one got through Scott free.
50:34So there's so many, yeah, there's so many different modalities of, you know, like sound healing, like whatever feels aligned for you or that you're curious about even the people you, you feel triggered by there will be gems in there because that's within that is magic.
50:55The triggers of the gateway to your freedom.
50:57Hm.
50:58You're here to alchem your cool wounding, your cool wounding is your magic.
51:04Because when you see the stuck of emotion and alchemist and hold space, the gift of that for your people, you're here to support like in my gene keys chart, my brand, my life's work.
51:1870% of my energy output is from oppression into like transmutation of energy and all place.
51:33They like, oh, there we go.
51:36She's writing.
51:37And so the, the system, the sound system just went, I'm getting all excited.
51:42It's going and we go, I was just gonna say it's funny because before we started, just for listeners, Nicky Jean was like, ok, disclaimer sometimes when the energies come in, the technology goes wonky.
51:55And it's like, yeah, it's, but for me, emotions have been pressed and I sat in my body and it's been the depression and it hasn't been my emotions.
52:05Like the more I've learned about my gene cares and my human design like that's super helpful.
52:10And so I bring that into when I'm supporting people, it's just we're, you know, we're all just walking each other home.
52:18I love that quote by roundup.
52:20So go follow the, the bread crumbs like it could be a meditation circle.
52:28follow the breadcrumbs.
52:30There's a, you know, Reiki healer, whatever, whoever is just, it just feels aligned and it's calling out to you take that leap of faith because that's your intuition is the divine support you've been asking for and you get a little breadcrumb at a time.
52:50I love that advice so much and I love that you said you get a little breadcrumb at a time because I was just thinking as you were talking, you know, you might get drawn to a Reiki healer now and then you do that for a while and then you're drawn to go to the next thing and the next and it's this journey and, and you were never like, fully quote unquote healed, right?
53:07It's like where it's just a continuous path and we're all just, we're all just doing our best.
53:14And it's like peeling away the layers.
53:18Yeah.
53:19I, I can't believe an hour has gone by already.

56:09Like it's that whole in a community of celebrators with you holding space for you.
56:15So that's the thing.
56:17Yeah.
56:17So I do 1 to 1 and then I, you know, like things like this drop through.
56:22If people want a one off session, I do a soul expansion session can bring in medium, psychic medium, which is really like child's play for me at the moment.
56:31That's just it.
56:32I don't like to say, oh, this is what you, you know, yes, this is what's required.
56:37But to support people like teach a person to fish to go out into the world.
56:43So there can be a lot of divine healing in that space of where people are stuck.
