Work With Kris
Kris Ashley is a coach, speaker, podcast host, and author of the book Change Your Mind To Change Your Reality: How Shifting Your Thinking Can Unlock Your Health, Your Relationships, and Your Peace of Mind.
Kris offers a variety of ways to work with her, from pre-recorded courses to group coaching to private one-on-one coaching. If you would like to work with Kris one-on-one, she currently offers a ten session long program. The program is called Change Your Mind To Change Your Reality Master Program. In it, Kris will work with you to change beliefs, negative thought patterns, stories, and emotions that are holding you back from living your best life. She will teach you how to use the Law of Attraction to manifest your dream life, and work with you to get clear on your vision. You'll also work on forgiveness of yourself and others, resiliency, taking steps towards your dreams, and much more.
Please keep in mind that this is not therapy. Below are some fundamental differences between therapy and coaching.
Therapy:
