18. Refund Policy

All pre-recorded courses have a 100% refund policy providing that the client watched 100% of the course within a 90 day period and can show that they have done the accompanied exercises and have not gotten results. There is a 100% refund policy for live group coaching, live individual coaching, and live and in-person events up to two weeks prior to the start date. No refunds are issued for live group coaching, live individual coaching, or live or in-person events within one week of the start date, once they have begun, or once they have been completed.
